Free Consultation Terms and Conditions
Wingo Video Production Services offers complimentary consultations to help potential clients explore services, discuss project details, and determine compatibility before booking. By requesting or participating in a consultation, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Video Consultations
- Free to All Clients: Video consultations are provided at no cost by Wingo Video Production Services.
- User Responsibility: While we do not charge for video conferencing, you are solely responsible for any data usage fees, connectivity charges, or terms and conditions imposed by your internet, mobile, or telecommunications provider. We recommend using a stable Wi-Fi connection to avoid unexpected charges.
2. In-Person Consultations
- Local Service Area: In-person consultations are available within a 40-mile radius of Lakeland, Florida. This distance is measured using the standard mileage rate established in our Rates & Fees policy.
- Mileage Charges Outside Local Area:
- If the consultation location is beyond the 40-mile radius, a mileage fee will apply.
- This fee is payable at the time of the consultation, based on the current mileage rate listed in the Rates & Fees policy.
- If the consultation location is beyond the 40-mile radius, a mileage fee will apply.
- Long Distance Rate:
- In some cases, a long-distance consultation rate may also apply in addition to mileage.
- If applicable, this rate will be disclosed in advance and is payable at the time of service.

3. Booking Payment Terms
Payment terms, including deposit and installment schedules, are outlined in our Payment & Billing Policy.
4. Policy Updates
Wingo Video Production Services reserves the right to update or modify this Consultation Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on our official website.
