Deliverables Policy

This Deliverables Policy outlines what clients can expect to receive from Wingo Video Production Services upon completion of videography services. This policy applies to all services, including but not limited to Video Memoirs, Weddings, Events & Celebrations, and Custom or Commercial Projects, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
1. Standard Deliverables
Unless otherwise specified in the service agreement or package description, deliverables generally include:
- Professionally edited final video(s) reflecting the creative style of Wingo Video Production Services
- Digital delivery of finished videos in MP4 format (H.264 or H.265)
- 1080p resolution as standard (4K available only if agreed upon in advance)
- Secure digital download link (delivery method may expire after a reasonable time)
Physical media is included in certain packages by default, and is also available as an optional add-on. When selected, all physical media is provided exclusively by Wingo Video Production Services and billed to the client where applicable.
Available physical media options include:
- USB Drives (Thumb Drives):
Branded or unbranded USB drives containing final edited deliverables in MP4 format. Suitable for personal archiving, gifting, and easy playback on modern devices. - DVDs:
Authored video discs intended for playback on compatible DVD players. Due to format limitations, DVDs are delivered in standard definition unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. - SD Cards:
SD cards preloaded with final edited deliverables. Intended for clients who prefer removable media compatible with select televisions, computers, or media players.
Client-Supplied Media Policy:
For data security, compatibility, and quality control reasons, client-provided physical media devices are not accepted for data transfer. Wingo Video Production Services does not load files onto client-owned USB drives, hard drives, SD cards, or any other storage devices.
All physical media is provided by Wingo Video Production Services, subject to availability, and released only after final payment has been received.
2. Service-Specific Deliverables
Each service type includes deliverables specific to that offering:
- Video Memoirs: Edited feature film created from filmed interviews and approved personal media
- Weddings: Cinematic highlight film and/or ceremony and reception edits based on selected package
- Events & Celebrations: Highlight reel and/or full-event edit depending on scope
- Custom / Commercial Projects: Deliverables defined by proposal or contract (length, format, versions)
Exact deliverables are confirmed at booking and documented in the client’s agreement or invoice with Wingo Video Production Services.
3. Turnaround Time
Estimated turnaround times vary by service and project scope:
- Video Memoirs: typically 4–6 weeks
- Weddings: typically 6–10 weeks
- Events & Celebrations: typically 2–4 weeks
- Custom projects: timeline defined by contract
Turnaround timelines begin after the final shoot date and after all required client materials (photos, videos, approvals, licenses) have been received by Wingo Video Production Services.
Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Revisions
- All projects include one (1) complimentary round of revisions
- Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery of the draft
- Additional revisions or substantial re-edits are billed at Wingo Video Production Services’ standard hourly editing rate
Revisions are limited to reasonable editorial adjustments and do not include creative overhauls unless agreed upon in writing.
5. Raw Footage & Source Files
- Raw, unedited footage and source files are not included with any package
- Raw footage may be purchased for an additional fee
- Delivery of raw footage may include uncolor-corrected or unedited files and is provided “as is”
Wingo Video Production Services retains archival copies of project files for a limited time but is not obligated to store footage indefinitely.
6. Music, Media & Licensing
- Wingo Video Production Services supplies properly licensed music for final videos
- If a client provides music, photos, or video clips, the client affirms they have the legal right to use them
- Clients are responsible for securing licenses for any copyrighted materials they request to include
Wingo Video Production Services is not liable for copyright claims arising from client-supplied materials.
7. Ownership & Usage Rights
- Wingo Video Production Services retains copyright ownership of all video content unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use final deliverables for their intended purpose
- Commercial, broadcast, or exclusive usage rights must be negotiated separately
Wingo Video Production Services reserves the right to use excerpts for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes without consent unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
8. Delivery & Final Payment
- Final deliverables are released only after payment in full
- Deposits, payment schedules, and late fees are governed by the Payment & Billing Policy of Wingo Video Production Services
- Unpaid balances may delay or void delivery
9. Travel, Add-Ons & Additional Fees
Mileage, long-distance travel, additional crew, extended hours, expedited delivery, or specialty services are not included unless stated and may or may not be billed separately, depending on the agreed upon contract.
10. Policy Updates
Wingo Video Production Services reserves the right to update this Deliverables Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply to the client’s project.
