Fees
Camera Operator Fee
250
The Primary Camera Operator Fee is a flat $250 for the day of filming. Additional Camera Operator(s) may be requested or required (if the desired filming location deems it necessary) for an additional charge of $150 per Camera Operator.
Equipment Usage Fee

Our Equipment Usage Fee covers the professional cameras, lighting, audio gear, and stabilizers used to film your event. This flat-rate fee ensures access to proper equipment for the best possible footage.
The number and type of gear may vary based on the venue and filming needs, but, when possible, we recommend multiple cameras for dynamic coverage.
Mileage Fee
70 cents/mile
We include an 80-mile round trip (40 miles one way) from Lakeland, FL. Mileage beyond this radius will be charged at the current federal reimbursement rate (70 cents/mile for 2025).
Extended Travel Expenses
175/night
Due to the amount of time for set up, conducting the interview(s), and teardown, for travel over 4 hours one way, an overnight stay is required. A $175 per diem per night will be charged to cover travel expenses.
