Rates & Fees Policy

This policy outlines the standard rates and fees associated with videography services provided by Wingo Video Production Services. All pricing is subject to change and will be confirmed in your service agreement or invoice at the time of booking.
1. Camera Operator Rate
- Primary Camera Operator:
A flat rate of $250 applies for the day of filming. This includes one professional camera operator dedicated to capturing your event or project.
- Additional Camera Operators:
Additional operators may be added to any package or booked à la carte at a rate of $150 each. This enhances coverage with more dynamic angles and multi-camera setups.
💡 Recommendation: For optimal results and event coverage, we strongly recommend having at least two camera operators.
2. Equipment Usage Fee
- A flat $250 Equipment Usage Fee applies to all filming services.
- This fee covers access to high-quality professional equipment, including:
- Cameras
- Audio gear
- Lighting equipment
- Stabilizers and support gear
- Cameras
The number and type of equipment used will be tailored to your venue and project needs. When feasible, we suggest using multiple cameras for richer, more cinematic footage.
3. Mileage Rate
- The base service area includes up to 80 miles round trip (40 miles one way) from Lakeland, FL.
- Travel beyond the 40-mile one-way limit is subject to a mileage charge of $0.70 per mile, based on the 2025 federal mileage reimbursement rate.
- Mileage fees begin accruing at mile 41 and are calculated on the total round trip distance. For example, a 100 mile total round trip would incur a 20 mile mileage charge (100-80 = 20).
4. Long Distance Rate
For extended travel or late-night returns, additional fees apply:
- A $175 per diem is charged per night to cover travel-related expenses if:
- Travel exceeds 4 hours one way, and/or
- The event, consultation, or filming extends into late evening hours resulting in a return home after midnight the same day.
- Travel exceeds 4 hours one way, and/or
Overnight stays will be arranged as necessary and discussed with you in advance.
Additional Notes
- All fees are disclosed prior to booking and documented in your service contract or invoice.
- Custom quotes may include package discounts, waived fees, or adjusted travel charges depending on the nature and scope of your project.
