Capture the magic of your wedding reception for a flat fee of $300. Includes introductions, cake cutting, toasts, first dance, parent dances, bouquet and garter toss, plus 20 minutes of general dancing—beautifully filmed to preserve every special moment.
Cinematic Story

Your Cinematic Story is a beautifully edited film that captures the essence of your special day. Set to music and crafted from the video, audio, and add-ons included in your selected package—or customized through à la carte options—this film brings your wedding memories to life in a stunning, cinematic way, available to you via digital download.
Keepsake USB

Preserve your wedding video in a beautifully designed keepsake! This optional add-on includes a high-quality USB drive with your video, presented in custom packaging for a polished and sentimental touch. A perfect gift for family and a timeless way to cherish your story.
Bride and Bridesmaids Preparations

Capture the special moments of the bride and bridesmaids’ preparations for a flat fee. Includes hair, makeup, and dressing room details like the gown, accessories, gifts, and final touches. The father’s first look is also filmed. Dressing privacy is always respected.
Groom and Groomsmen Preparations

Capture the groom and groomsmen’s preparations for a flat fee. Includes cinematic footage of suits, shoes, accessories, gift exchanges, and final touches before the ceremony. A perfect way to preserve the excitement and anticipation of the big day.
First Look

Film the First Look between the bride and groom for a flat fee, capturing the raw emotions of seeing each other before the ceremony. If included in a package but not needed, it can be removed from the total price. A beautiful way to preserve this unforgettable moment.
Bride and Groom Departure

Capture the bride and groom’s grand departure for a flat fee, covering extended reception filming. Not included in the Basic Package but can be added or removed from the Plus or Ultimate packages as desired. A perfect way to preserve the final moments of your celebration.
Rates
Camera Operator Rate
400
The Primary Camera Operator Rate is a flat $250 for the day of filming. The Basic Package includes one camera operator, while the Plus and Ultimate Packages come with two for enhanced coverage.
Additional camera operators can be added to any package or à la carte for $150 each, ensuring more dynamic shots and comprehensive event coverage. While the choice is yours, we highly recommend having at least two operators for the best results.
Equipment Usage Rate

Our Equipment Usage Fee covers the professional cameras, lighting, audio gear, and stabilizers used to film your event. This flat rate ensures access to proper equipment for the best possible footage.
The number and type of gear may vary based on the venue and filming needs, but, when possible, we recommend multiple cameras for dynamic coverage.
Mileage Rate
70 cents/mile
We include an 80-mile round trip (40 miles one way) from Lakeland, FL. Mileage beyond this radius will be charged at the current federal reimbursement rate (70 cents/mile for 2025).
Long Distance Rate
175/night
For travel over 4 hours one way or late ceremony/reception times, an overnight stay is required. A $175 per diem per night will be charged to cover travel expenses.
